Package-level declarations

Syntax marker of package references accepted by include-like functions, in the form of @scope/package:version.

Raised when a package reference cannot be turned into files.

Host-provided strategy that turns a package reference, in the form of @scope/package:version, into files on the context's file system.

A package made available on the context's file system by a PackageResolver.

Raised when a document uses a package reference but the host provides no PackageResolver.
